Your group will enjoy a session of bouldering, and on the second-floor is the lounge for food, cake, and celebration.

Party Details

Duration: 2 hours total

  • 20-minute orientation & safety briefing
  • 70 minutes of guided climbing
  • 30 minutes in the private party lounge

Group Size:

  • Base package includes 10 climbers (minimum charge applies)
  • $350 + HST for up to 10 climbers
  • $30 + HST per additional climber (maximum 16 climbing participants in total)

Equipment:

All climbing gear (harnesses, shoes, etc.) is included. No experience required — our staff will guide you every step of the way.

Non-Climbers:

Guests who are not climbing may attend for free, but must remain outside the climbing area or away from the fall zones for safety reasons.

Food & Drinks:

You're welcome to bring your own food, cake, and non-alcoholic drinks for the lounge area. (Kong Climbing does not provide food)

Q1: Are parties also for adults? +

Yes, they are! Both kids and adults can book and enjoy climbing parties at KONG Climbing.

Q2: For kids' parties, can adults also climb? +

Yes! Adults are welcome to climb too. If the base package of 10 climbers is already full, any additional adult will be charged $30 + HST. If the party has not yet reached 10 climbers, adults can join without extra charge by filling the available spots.

Q3: What should participants wear? +

We recommend comfortable athletic clothing and socks. All climbing gear (including shoes and harnesses) is provided.

Q4: Can we bring our own food or cake? +

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own food, cake, and non-alcoholic drinks for your celebration in the lounge area.

Q5: Is there a deposit fee to book a party? +

Yes, a $150 deposit is required to hold your time slot and confirm your booking.

  • More than 48 hours before the booked party: full refund
  • Between 48–24 hours before: $100 refund
  • Less than 24 hours before: deposit is non-refundable
Q6: How far in advance should we book? +

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Q7: Can guests come to watch even if they don't climb? +

Yes, non-climbers can attend for free — they can enjoy the celebration but must remain outside the climbing area for safety reasons.
